This place seems to have mixed reviews but i really liked the food. They did take enough time to make sure the food was good. And the salsa bar and very cute and very good.
The table next time mine was dirty and they didn't bother to clean it but apart from that, no complaints. -

It's the same place I visited 5 years ago: loud employees & dirty tables. (I write this as I sit next to a table that hasn't been bussed - and no sign of an employee coming up here.)
Food is still great. I always love a good tostada, but I find myself coming in La Fonda now and again moreso for their steak quesadillas, with sour cream and guac. Food always comes quickly.
Salsa bar is cute, but they could benefit from labeling the salsas by how spicy they are, and maybe bigger bowls for the chips. Mexican restaurants so often give free chips and salsa when I would happily pay for them. -

Great taqueria to go to if you ever in the Inner Sunset. Great food and fast service. Whenever I am in the neighborhood, I always make sure to stop by.

I don't like complaining but the service was so bad today, the meat in the burrito was dry and the whole place was dirty. The owner or lady behind the counter was rude.

I was eating my chicken mole burrito and then bit into something hard. Now I know that chicken mole burrito shouldn't have any bone inside but guess what? There's a bone inside! And my front teeth bit into it. Now I'll be looking at every burrito with a side eye..
